Depression

Depression care that goes deeper.

When low mood, flatness or exhaustion won't lift, there's usually more to the story. Alongside proven treatments like therapy and medication, we look for the physical factors that can drive depression or keep it from improving.

Your plan

How care works

We work to identify what's driving your depression. While we address those root causes, we help you manage symptoms so you can feel better sooner. Plans may combine therapy, medication when appropriate, nutrition and targeted nutrient support, sleep and nervous system support, and hormone care. As the underlying causes improve, we adjust your plan, and if you want to reduce or come off a medication, we do it gradually and safely.

Who you'll see

Common questions

Will I have to take medication?

No. Medication is one option, and some plans start without it. If you already take one, we'll work with it.

What if my antidepressant hasn't worked?

We look for what may be getting in the way, such as nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, thyroid or hormone issues, and use pharmacogenomic testing when helpful to guide medication choices.

Can you help me come off my antidepressant?

Yes, in a safe and controlled way. If reducing or coming off a medication is right for you, we create a gradual, supervised tapering plan. Please don't stop or change a medication on your own.

Is depression ever an emergency?

If you have thoughts of harming yourself or ending your life, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline right away.
