Burnout & stress
Running on empty? Burnout has causes, and a way back.
Exhausted but wired, foggy, irritable and running on caffeine. Long-term stress changes your hormones, sleep, gut and brain chemistry. We look at what chronic stress has done to your body and build a plan to help you recover your energy, focus and resilience.

How care works
We work to identify what's driving your exhaustion. While we address those root causes, we help you manage symptoms so you can feel better sooner. Plans may combine nervous system and stress support, sleep restoration, nutrition and blood sugar support, targeted supplements, hormone care, therapy, and medication when appropriate, with coaching to help you build sustainable routines.

Common questions
Is burnout the same as depression?
They can overlap but aren't the same. Burnout is usually tied to long-term stress, while depression can affect every part of life. We evaluate for both and treat what we find.
Can you test my cortisol?
Yes, when it will help guide your plan. We look at cortisol alongside your symptoms, sleep and other labs rather than on its own.
Will I need to take time off work?
Not necessarily. We build a plan around your real life, and if time off would help your recovery, we'll talk it through with you.
