Common questions
Do I ever need to come into an office?
No. All visits are by secure video, and labs are drawn at a lab near you or collected at home when possible.
Do you see patients outside Dallas?
Yes. We see patients anywhere in Texas, Arizona, Oregon and Washington, and offer consultations in other states.
Do you take insurance?
We are out of network with insurance, but we do accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide superbills upon request for possible out-of-network benefits.
