Conditions we treat

Start with your symptoms. We'll look for the cause.

Your symptoms have causes. Here's how we look deeper at some of the most common concerns we see.

Anxiety →Anxiety care that looks for the why.ADHD →Thorough adult evaluation, including late diagnosis.

Depression

Depression care that goes deeper

When low mood, flatness or exhaustion won't lift, we look at the whole picture. Treatment can include therapy, medication or both, along with the physical factors that affect mood.

We look at: neurotransmitter imbalances, inflammation, thyroid, vitamin D, B12, folate, omega-3 and iron, gut health, hormones, sleep, blood sugar, and pharmacogenomics when medications haven't worked as hoped.

Perimenopause mood

Perimenopause mood changes are real, and treatable

New anxiety, irritability, low mood, poor sleep or brain fog in your late 30s and 40s can be hormonal. These symptoms are often missed or treated with antidepressants alone.

We look at: hormone patterns, sleep, thyroid, iron, blood sugar and insulin, and mood history. Options can include hormone therapy when appropriate.

Gut health and IBS

Gut health, and why it reaches your mood

Bloating, constipation, diarrhea, reflux and food reactions affect far more than digestion. The gut and brain are in constant conversation, so we treat them together.

We look at: stool testing such as GI-MAP, SIBO breath testing when appropriate, food triggers, stress, medications and nutrient absorption.

Mold and mycotoxin illness

When your environment may be part of the problem

Fatigue, brain fog, headaches, sinus problems and mood changes that are worse in certain buildings can point to a mold exposure.

We look at: exposure history, inflammation, mycotoxin testing (and what it can and can't tell you), and working with inspectors so the source gets addressed.

Fatigue and sleep

Tired, burned out or not sleeping? Let's find out why

Exhaustion and poor sleep usually have more than one cause. We look for the ones that can be fixed.

We look at: iron and ferritin, thyroid, B12, vitamin D, blood sugar, hormones, cortisol rhythm, mood, medications and sleep apnea screening.

Thyroid and Hashimoto's

Thyroid care that checks the full picture

A normal TSH doesn't always mean you feel normal. Thyroid changes can affect energy, weight, mood and focus.

We look at: a full thyroid panel with antibodies, selenium, iron and iodine status, gut health, and how thyroid shifts connect to anxiety and depression.
